Cookies-n-Cream ‘Stay True’ Magazine Announced
Cookies -n- Cream has announced the forthcoming release of Stay True, a video magazine about art, designer toys, music, and culture. Expected to hit shelves sometime in October 2009, the first volume will feature interviews with Sket-One, Tara McPherson, TooFly, and Shinobi Ninja among others. If that wasn’t enough to convince you to take a look, the first 150 copies of the first volume will be packaged with a limited edition print by Sket-One.

Tokidoki “Karl Lagerfeld” Toy Figure

Toymakers Tokidoki steer clear of their usually vibrant, animated creations with this upcoming release, created in honor of famed fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. Produced in a run of 1,000, the 10″ figure features Karl sporting his finest K Karl Lagerfeld Collection amongst the familiar Black/White color combination. Retail is set at $185, with the figure now available via colette.

LA’s own The Hundreds have debut their own Eyeware line with the introduction of The Phoenix sunglasses. It will be available in black, red, blue and tortoise green frames that are handcrafted in Italy. Matching the bold large frames are lightly tinted lens that would provide good protection of the eyes. On the temple of the frame features The Hundreds logo in contrast color. Each pair comes in a black glasses case and these will be available from coming Thursday at both The Hundreds stores in LA and SF.
