Duck Sauce x Fool’s Gold Toy

Manufactured by Celebriducks, the varsity jacket clad toy was designed by Fool’s Gold art director, Dust La Rock who also created the packaging, The Ducks are limited to just 1,000 pieces and are set to release later this month, starting with Colette, Kid Robot and Turntable Lab.

Medicom Toy x Star Wars – Kubrick DX Series 2

Star Wars and MEDICOM TOY are back at it again with more figures to please the Star Wars fans. The latest series is the Kubrick DX Series 2 which is made up of six characters that are well known and not so well known. Half of the series is made up of human characters, Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Princess Leia Organa. Other characters include Chewbacca, R-3PO and Snowtrooper Commander with each character simplified but retaining their basic characteristics. Also there are some bonus parts included in the box of each character and these can be put together to create an Imperial AT-ST which can be ridden by the Kubrick figures. These are scheduled for an August release so be on the look out or make pre orders at Project 1/6 online store.

Kidrobot x De La Soul 20th Anniversary Pack

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut album 3 Feet High and Rising, hip-hop pioneers De La Soul teamed up with Kidrobot to create this limited edition set of 3-inch figures.

Each figure comes with individual accessories and the set comes in futuristic space travel boxes, symbolizing De La’s mission to take hip-hop to the stratosphere and beyond. Retailing for $50, the De La Soul 3-Pack arrives at Kidrobot stores, kidrobot.com, and select retailers on March 18.

Medicom x Mega Man Bearbrick Sets

Medicom has worked on a Rockman aka Mega Man Bearbrick Set and on a Blue Bearbrick Set. The sets actually consist of a Kubrick and a matching Bearbrick. The two sets will be released on February 18th.

Nike Sportswear x X-Girl x Bearbrick Set

Nike Sportswear worked with X-Girl and with Medicom on a sneaker/toy set. The set consists of two Nike Sportswear x X-Girl Blazer High’s, as well as a 100% Bearbrick. Look out for a release in February.

Wonderwall x KAWS Vinyl Figure

“Building off its original collaborative t-shirt back in 2008, famed Japanese architectural firm Wonderwall teams up with KAWS yet again, bringing the original graphic to life in the form of a vinyl figure. It seems like a release is slated for next month, with two different colorways available. The figure measures 22cm high. While Halloween is just around the corner, this festive release from MEDICOM TOY isn’t set for a release until early next year as it features a two-pack of KUBRICK figures featuring Mickey Mouse and Julius. The zombie-like renditions place the usually cheerful Mickey and company in an unfamiliar context with a release date slated for January.
